At Club L, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain items like intimates and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security ribbons remain intact and untampered with.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
